All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery (pending destination and delivery service selected).

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS or UPS.

A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS or UPS.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.


In a rare occurrence, the courier will not scan your package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 24 hours to update once notified.

Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

All emails asking about the location of your order after it has been shipped will receive no reply.
